Touring: Government issued I.D is required to tour.
Income: Income verification is required during the application process.

The requirement of a landlord to accept portable tenant screening reports are subject to certain requirements and exemptions, as provided in sections 38-12-903 and 38-12-904 of the Colorado Revised Statutes and other laws.
